You explain all procedures to its entirety and never push a treatment, always leaving the decision up to the patient. For those that are afraid of the dentist or feel intimidated in my honest opinion Dr Helen is NOT one of those dentists. I high recommend Dr Helen to be your lifelong dental practitioner. PS.
